How To Choose Applicable Pulls for Your Cabinet?

When we use a pull, first we hope it is useful to open a door or a drawer. Then we hope it is beautiful, giving the integrated cupboard a good looking.

Here is some tips to choose a right pull:

a): Confirm the pull's length.

* Measure the hole spacing between the pull legs.

* Measure the drilled holes distance in the cabinet door or drawer front.

It is a must for Old Cabinet or Pre-drilled Cabinet, if your cabinet is new and isn't drilled, you could confirm the length according to your cabinet door or drawer front size.

Normally:

cabinet door or drawer front size
holes spacing of the pull
<500mm
Single Hole or 64-76mm
500-800mm
76-96mm
800-1000mm
96-128mm
>1000mm
128mm-160mm or bigger

b): Choose the pulls & knobs style you like.

c): Don't forget the screws.

Normally the screws are included. but the screws length is 20mm or 25mm,normally fit for 12-19mm thickness. If your cabinet door or drawer front is thicker, you need longer screws.

So please don't forget to measure the thickness of the cabinet door or drawer front.

For Probrico Pulls:

Cabinet Door or Drawer Front Thickness
Need Screws Length
12-19mm
25mm
17-24mm
30mm
22-29mm
35mm
27-34mm
40mm
32-39mm
45mm
37-44mm
50mm

d): Other concerns:

Pull's leg size: For old Cabinet, when the old handle is removed, print will be left on the cabinet. So the new handle should cover the handle for a good look.

Pull's projection: Means the pull's height. if the pull is two small,it will be not easy for use. Normally 25-35mm will be great.
