Order Processing Time
All orders can be processed within 1-2 business days, although we do our best to process orders the same day if received prior to 11 AM pacific standard time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Typical ground shipping time is 2-7 days depending on shipping destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be mindful of this if ordering around any national holiday or if any national crises have occurred.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods
We offer Free Shipping on all Orders, No minimum price limited.
Free shipping may not apply on oversized orders. If you have wholesale requirements, please click HERE.
Please note any taxes, duties and/or any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment methods may be by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
probrico.com does not ship to any P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damaged Shipments/Products
When your order arrives, carefully inspect both the package and product for potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment process. If shipment damage has occurred, please contact us immediately to make a damaged shipment/product claim. All claims of damaged shipments/products must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt.
