How do I create an account with Probrico?

It’s quick and easy–all you need to Create an Account is your email address or phone number, then Probrico system will send you 6 numbers for one-time code, enter the pin.

What should I do if I can't receive my login code?

If you used your email to create your account, pls check your junk-mail. If you used your phone number, pls wait few minutes and try again.

Ordering

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

The majority of Probrico's in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Most customers will receive their items within 2 to 5 business days. The delivery timeframe will depend on the customers location from the closest warehouse and products stock position. If there are significant delays please contact customer service at service@probrico.com.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service team directly.

Can I have a wholesale price quoted?

How do I apply a prom code?

During the checkout process, under the 'Place Order' button, please enter your Pribrico promo code in the box under 'Enter a Promo Code', then click 'Apply'. If you have any issues you can contact our customer service team directly.

Payment

What are my payment options for Probrico orders?

For your convenience, Zoro accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Pay in installment.

Can I pay for my order with Paypal?

Yes, you can use PayPal to pay for your order.
From your Shopping Cart, select Check out with PayPal after you’ve added items to your order. or Simply select PayPal in the Payment Method section.

Shipping

How long will it take for items to be delivered?

Probrico dispatches many items within 3 business day from when the order is placed. However, certain items may take longer to process.
Upon the shipment of an item, an email notification will be sent with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Once shipped, most items are delivered within 2-5 business days.

Where do you ship from?

Probrico uses our growing network of shipment centers that are strategically located across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. Shipping location of each order will depend on the product ordered and stock availability. We will ship the product from the closest location to you in order to get your order to you as quick as possible.

What happened if my order was delayed?

Most shipments are within the time period shown on the product page. If an order has not shipped within 7 days of the original expected ship date and we can't provide a reasonable expected ship date, the order will be canceled. If you have any questions please reach out to our customer service team.

What if may shipment says it was delivered but isn't here?

We apologize for the inconvenience! In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact customer service team with the information here, and we will be happy to investigate and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Returning

How do I return a order?

You will have the option to return the item(s) as long as they are within 30 days of shipment. Refer to Probrico's Return Policy for more information.

What do I do if I receive damaged goods?

We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if you've received a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at service@probrico.com. We will do all we can to remedy the situation—either by sending a replacement item or by refunding your order—and we’ll help you to return the damaged item at our expense.

What is Probrico's return/refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged), with some exceptions. See our full return policy for more detailed information and instructions.
