Does exactly what it needs to and that is keep the kids out

Recently moved into a new home and the main bedroom door for the adults did not have a lock. I am sure for kids that don't come barging in all the time that is fine. However, we have two youngsters that don't care to knock. I purchased this handle and lock and it works perfectly.
